Research Profile Integration Policy

1. What Is the Research Profile Programme?

Ou partner platform, Plethoryt operates a directory called Find A Researcher, available at plethoryt.com/find-researchers. This directory is designed to connect researchers, scientists, and skilled professionals with collaborators, institutions, and opportunities within the broader ChordexBio-Plethoryt ecosystem.

2. Scope of This Consent

When you opt in to the Research Profile during your job application, you provide your explicit and voluntary consent for ChordexBio to transfer limited personal data to Plethoryt for the sole purpose of creating your account in the Find A Researcher programme.

Only the minimum necessary data will be transferred, which may include:

• Full name
• Email address
• Research background or field of expertise

Your full job application, including CV attachments, supporting documents, and evaluation records, will not be transferred to Plethoryt.

This consent is strictly limited to:

• Creation of your account within the Plethoryt system
• Initial population of your research profile

This consent does not include:

• Automatic public listing or publication of your profile
• Use of your data for targeted marketing or sales purposes
• Transfer of your data to third parties outside ChordexBio and Plethoryt

Opting in is entirely optional and will not affect the evaluation or outcome of your job application.

3. Data Transfer and Control

ChordexBio acts as the data controller at the point of application collection. Upon your consent, the specified data will be securely transferred to Plethoryt, which will act as an independent data controller for the Find A Researcher programme.

Once transferred, your data will be processed in accordance with Plethoryt’s Privacy Policy: https://plethoryt.com/privacy-policy

4. Withdrawing Consent

You may withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting your job application:

• By unchecking the Research Profile option prior to application submission
• By emailing inquiry@chordexbio.com or inquiry@plethoryt.com
• By requesting deletion of your account within the Plethoryt platform (if already created)

If your data has already been transferred or an account has been created, Plethoryt will process deletion or deactivation requests within a reasonable timeframe, in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
