About This Position
ChordexBio is looking for a Program Partner to help operate and grow one of our platforms or business units. This is a part-time, non-employee role for someone who wants to take real ownership of execution, accountability, and outcomes in a fast-moving STEM and innovation environment. As a Partner, you will work closely with ChordexBio to manage, support, and grow assigned platforms, including community-facing, operational, and business development functions. This role is designed for someone who can think like an operator, act like a builder, and stay accountable to both strategy and execution.
Responsibilities
1. Help manage and improve day-to-day operations of an assigned platform or project.
2. Support growth, engagement, and sustainability efforts.
3. Coordinate tasks, workflows, and communication across teams or contributors.
4. Assist with platform management, reporting, and performance tracking.
5. Contribute to partner, affiliate, or community coordination where needed.
6. Take ownership of assigned outcomes and help drive results.
7. Perform other related responsibilities aligned with the needs of the platform.

Requirements
REQUIREMENTS:
1. Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field is preferred, especially in Bioinformatics, Biotechnology, Molecular Biology, Computational Biology, Data Science, Business, or a closely related discipline; equivalent experience may be accepted.
2. Demonstrated ability to manage projects, operations, platforms, communities, or client-facing workflows in a remote or hybrid environment.
3. Strong understanding of accountability, ownership, and performance-based work.
4. Experience in business development, platform management, affiliate operations, community building, or growth coordination is an advantage.
5. Comfortable working in a part-time, non-employee, outcomes-driven setup with flexible scheduling.
6. Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal, with the ability to work across technical and non-technical teams.
7. Ability to organize tasks, follow through on deadlines, and handle multiple priorities independently.
8. Familiarity with digital tools, cloud platforms, shared workspaces, and version-controlled collaboration is preferred.
9. Experience supporting programs, training, content, consultation, or service delivery is an advantage.
10. Strong sense of initiative, professionalism, confidentiality, and reliability.
11. Familiarity with AI-enabled workflows, automation tools, or ChordexBio platforms is a plus.

Benefits & Perks
As a Partner, you will earn revenue-sharing compensation based on the performance of the platform and the agreed allocation structure. Revenue shares are disbursed according to the monthly reconciliation cycle, and there is potential for long-term growth as the platform expands. In addition, you will gain:
